Rooms are not well maintained but are sufficient. I hope they renovate soon. The saving grace of this place is the service. The staff are welcoming, polite and warm. Location is ideal. Towels are small. This place has a lot of potential. It also seems that it had seen better days.

Unfortunately, our stay at this resort was unsatisfactory due to the staff’s conduct. The accommodation process was poorly managed, and the staff were not welcoming. We experienced discriminatory behavior, along with a clear lack of professionalism and respect. The staff’s negative attitude significantly affected our overall experience. We hope management addresses these concerns to improve guest satisfaction.
We were given rm 207. It was dark and dingy. I opened the curtains and lo and behold the roof with cub butts all over !
