The rooms here are neat and well maintained, plenty of space for relaxation, both the fan and air-conditioned rooms have plenty of space and a good amount of outlets to charge your gadgets. It is near other establishments on the Malaybalay night life scene.

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. I truly felt cared and safe for throughout my stay. Thank you to everyone at 1st Avenue Apartelle for making my visit so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place.

I stayed here almost 5 years ago when I visited Malaybalay. This place is unique, with parking available at any time. There have been improvements, including more rooms. The hotel crew is accommodating, and the rooms are clean and neat, more than enough for a single person. Super sulit. It may be a bit far from the highway but you can find mostly everything you need there. With its price, the room was so relaxing. The air-conditioning was in good condition, the beds were comfy, TV were functional and even the waters in the bathroom were in great condition too. Good basic affirdable place, nothing fancy. Lots of neighbor hood noise.

highly recommend the place due to cleanliness and the accessibility and besides it is very cheap considering it specially when we just slept there to wash up get some rest because we are traveling and had a long way to go yet. we really enjoy the stay.
